- A: We don’t have a contract currently. We have a full time cook on staff who makes the meals. RFP stipulates that this cook will continue to work for the County until retirement, but will work vendor’s personnel under the vendor’s guidelines.

- A: Not currently. County will consider include staff meals in vendor proposal

- A: From Oct 19-March 20 (6 months) we served 30101 meals (approximately 55.74 per meal average).
- Q: Can the county provide any salary information on current food service employees?
- A: The current cook is paid $19.26/hour.
- Q: Does the County have any required training that the Contractor’s employees must complete? If so, approximately how often and how much time is required to complete the training?
- A: The contractor’s employees will follow the standard training that is set by the food service vendor.
