Memorial Park is a 160 acre campground, picnic
area that is located on the shores of Lake Kampeska.
The Codington
County maintenance supervisor is responsible for the operation/upkeep
of the 160 acre park and campground. The maintenance supervisor
oversees the rental of camp spaces, building rentals, general
maintenance on all buildings and grounds associated with Memorial Park.
There are
95 camp sites including full service electrical, and tenting areas.
There is a swimming area, boat launch, playground area, hiking trail
and reunion buildings.
